Healthy Kids Survey coming up!
Healthy Kids CO Survey for all students grades 6-12 will be administered during the week of Dec. 12 at Fort Logan Northgate, Sheridan High School, and SOAR Academy. This survey helps Sheridan Schools understand the health and well-being of our secondary students and what school health policies and practices support can be improved upon to support youth health. You can review survey questions your student will be asked below. If you wish that your child does not participate in the survey, please complete the opt out form and submit to your child's teacher/school.
